How we handle partner data.

CaseSafe™.com is an information site for luggage manufacturers. The only personal data we collect from visitors is what they submit voluntarily through the OEM contact form: full name, work email, company, role (optional), and the message they choose to share. We also record submission timestamp and basic browser metadata (user-agent string) to help triage spam.

Contact submissions are routed to our OEM engineering and partnerships team for the sole purpose of replying to the inquiry and following up on potential integration. We do not sell partner data, share it with third parties for marketing, or add submitters to any newsletter or marketing list.

Submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database operated by our backend provider, with row-level access controls so that lead records can only be read by authorized CaseSafe™ staff with service-level credentials. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by the underlying infrastructure.

The contact form uses input validation, a hidden honeypot field, and submission-timing heuristics to filter automated traffic before it reaches our inbox. We do not deploy invasive third-party tracking or behavioural fingerprinting on this site.

This site does not set advertising cookies. Any analytics used are limited to aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic measurement — never tied to identifiable individuals.

Contact records are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and service the partnership opportunity. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you submitted by emailing the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
